April 30, 2005, Yingjing Vocational High School and Hunan Changsha Global Group formally signed a joint agreement, the implementation of the "public support" mode of schooling. The Yingjing Vocational High School will be made into a "Sichuan Demonstration Vocational High School" after Hunan-based Global Group promised to invest up to 12 million yuan over four years to build schoolhouses and further facilities as planned. Since 2005, the group has invested in building a dormitory for 800 students and a student canteen with an area of 1,200 square meters, installed 20 teaching televisions and 100 teaching computers, and built and put into use an electrician laboratory, an electronic laboratory, a second dormitory and a playground. At present, vocational high schools are planning to set up backbone majors and strengthen the construction of practical training bases, actively organizing "yingjing Vocational education center".
